The organisation
Within the role of International Payroll Lead, you will be working for an American biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutics for genetically defined diseases.
The position
As an International Payroll Lead you will initially be covering the CEMEA region (Canada. Europe, Middle East and Africa) in a context of start-up and rapid growth. Reporting to the Head of Finance CEMEA, you will be contributing, on an ad hoc basis, to any Accounting and Administrative support needed in CEMEA. You will also ensure procedures and controls, complying with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) requirements and local fiscal regulations.
Candidate profile
In order to be a succesful Payroll Lead, you are a highly motivated professional with international experience, strong communication, organizational and computer skills. You have at least 10 years’ experience in managing International Payroll across Europe. Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus. Moreover, you are highly proficient in MS Excel; having experience with SAP is a plus.
