Group Treasury Operations Manager

The position

Due to growth and professionalisation of the business, our client is looking for a Group Treasury Operations Manager, based in Luxembourg. This is a newly created role, directly reporting to the CFO.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Responsible for overall Cash Management and Planning, working capital management, and supporting the CFO with Capital, fiscal and funding strategy
• Production of Weekly Cash forecasts - coordinating bottom up country by country and consolidating into overall sources and uses
• Cash management and movement of cash on a daily basis, including facility management, and long-term investor loans and equity movements
• Working with Finance Systems insourcing implementation lead to create new in house finance and asset system and ledgers
• Coordination and management of Holdco, Manco and local country Tax compliance, and support CFO with Tax Strategy
• Bank account management, interface with banks, supporting CFO and Long-term investor with Facility extension, re-financing
• Bank signatory management, internal fiscal controls framework, payments delegations framework
• Implementation of cash management and cross border cash pooling with banking partner
• Coordination with CFO and Long-term investor of all interest and currency hedging, and appropriate IFRS reporting
• Supporting CFO & Coordination of M&A and disposals with Group Financial Controller, including due diligence, tax, risk, and transaction management
• Supporting the CFO with a live Capital and Fiscal/ funding strategy and structure

Proven experience

• Multi geography entity cash management and forecasting
• LuxCo holding structure and loan flow down, interest flow up
• Multi country cash pooling implementation very attractive
• Development and implementation of new improved cash management, forecasting tools
• Experience and understanding of tax and fiscal drivers, transfer pricing risk management
• Experience of interface with banks, facility arrangement
• Experience with long-term investor loan/ equity draw down
