The treasury and corporate finance team is growing and holds talented members from many countries.

The position

Your most prominent task is being the deal captain in various international DCM transactions. You connect with the board and business development colleagues in order to know where your organisation wants to invest and together with your 10 person team you will structure the best leveraged finance solutions from fiscal, legal and other perspectives. You will select the banking and other partners to work with and negotiate the best results. You manage your highly qualified team that covers all corporate treasury tasks not only with expertise but most definitely with charisma.

Candidate profile

It is very likely this is a position for a former investment banker who then went to the corporate side.

Both from functional as well as from personality perspective you can bring a lot to the table. You can present an impressive, European funding portfolio, your career line is steep. You have shown to be a strong people manager. And you worked not only on the banking side but also on the corporate side (this is a must), so you know about connecting to business colleagues and operational tasks. As a person you are very result-oriented, a negotiator. Easily as important is that you can work in a family-owned company with many nationalities. You are aware that this is a demanding environment and look forward to having an impact.

The offer

The salary level for this position is at a top 1% European group treasurer level. This is a confidential search, we will only disclose the name of our client after first screening meetings.
