Group Reporting Manager

The position

For a production company for the logistics industry we are looking for a Group Reporting Manager. Someone directly out of the Big 4 is possible, but also someone who already has experience in Reporting and who wants to make the next step. Location of the company is Hoofddorp, very close to Amsterdam. Interested? Read on.

The Group Reporting Manager is the owner and manager of the reporting processes of the group and provides reporting expertise to the finance function. The Group Reporting Manager ensures and continuously improves a streamlined, accurate and efficient reporting process covering monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end reporting process and drive continuous improvements in that process
• Be the competent partner for the business for reporting expertise and support, IFRS and technical reporting knowledge
• Consolidate financial information for internal and external reporting requirements
• Analyze results and report on business performance
• Manage the group audit process with the external auditor
• Assist with projects in finance systems improvements and implementation
• Execute and improve Internal Controls for the group
• Stakeholders are the CFO, Group Business Controllers, Group Treasurer and the regional finance team

Candidate profile

• University degree or equivalent education with a RA/CPA qualification
• Experience within the Accounting/Audit practice up to (senior) manager level is preferred, you can also come directly out of the external audit business
• 7/8+ years work experience in Finance functions preferably in a multinational environment
• Experience of reporting and accounting treatment on group level
• Strong knowledge and experience with IFRS
• Experience working with Oracle Consolidation (Hyperion Financial Management) software is a plus
