The position

Are you a strategic finance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving business performance? We are looking for an experienced FP&A Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis function and act as a trusted business partner to senior management.

As FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis processes. You will lead a team of finance professionals and provide insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization.

This role requires both strong analytical capabilities and the ability to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Lead and manage the FP&A team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Drive the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
• Deliver accurate and timely management reporting and variance analysis
• Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership
• Develop financial models to support business cases and investment decisions
• Monitor KPIs and identify risks and opportunities
• Improve financial processes, systems, and reporting tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, and executive teams

Candidate profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience in FP&A, controlling, or corporate finance
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
