Tasks & responsibilities

As Financial director you will support and directly report to Bert de Winter, Executive Director of Disaronno International BV. Also you will functionally report to the Group Financial Controller of Illva Saronno Holding S.p.a., Andrea Calcagno. You will have overall responsibility for the back office management, Finance activities and Customer Service / Order Management activities for the Dutch as well as for the BeLux legal entities, plus the Consolidated Benelux Region. You work from the head office in Amsterdam. In this role you will manage a team of four, who will be directly reporting to you: Financial Accountant, Credit Controller, Business Controller and Logistic & Customer Service Manager.

Candidate profile

You have a master's degree in finance and completed the postgraduate training CPA/RA or RC. You may have started your career at a Big4 company or became financial controller at the start of your career. Today you have a decade of relevant finance experience and you feel at home in international FMCG or retail companies. Preferably you have knowledge of Oracle and JDE. You are passioned and driven to create impact on a corporate wide scale. Your English skills are excellent (Italian is preferably). You are analytically strong and have natural leadership qualities. You enjoy building a team and working in a fast-growing organization. You have good relationship skills and keen organisational sensitivity. You easily adapt to new situations and have a sharp understanding of connections and correlations. You keep an overview and know how to continuously manage this.
