Finance Director

The Position

F&A Management and Controlling function and member of the Rousselot Group worldwide Management Team. Monitor the overall financial budget and forecasting process including strategy coordination. Provide and illustrate timely and accurate management information and offer (un)requested advice and comments to business management. Initiate and lead improvement processes. Strengthen the organisation after a five years implementation of a worldwide full ERP system (JD Edwards) and bring these IT tools into full utilisation for the company. Hierarchic reporting to the CEO of Rousselot and functional to the Senior Finance Director of VION Ingredients.
 
The Profile

An academic degree in business economics (Registered Accountant or Registered Controller) or comparable international profile. Minimum of 10 years experience in the finance and controlling area, of which a significant part in business controlling within a (global) production environment or process industry. Experienced in international accounting principles, including foreign statutory requirements. Familiar with international tax and legal matters (e.g. transfer pricing). Project management experience, worked in an ERP implementation process or an after GoLive ERP environment, preferably with JD Edwards. Accustomed to representing and giving presentations at boardroom level and supporting management with decision processes. Independent judgment, leadership, organisational sensitivity, discipline and hands-on are strong and desired competences. Fluent in Dutch and English and a third language, e.g. French or Spanish is a plus. Willing to travel occasionally worldwide.
