Business Development Director - Dutch Desk  

Our client, an international financial institution active in the fund- and custody service, is looking for a Business Development Director.

Position:
As Business Development Director you will help achieve market dominance and make the products and services the number one preferred solutions across the Dutch zone. You will be responsible for The management and oversight of Dutch desk’s team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) and of the desk’s portfolio of client relationships. The desk’s key clients and the development of new client relationships, for which he / she will be in charge of promoting the Group’s existing products and services, identifying and pursuing development opportunities, so to achieve enhanced cross-selling and strengthen the client relationship

Responsibilities:
Your key mission will be to Implement the business development strategy as the senior relationship contact for clients he/she is responsible for, with the support of the BDMs of his/her team, ensure that the Bank delivers a high quality of services to its clients and measures the clients’ satisfaction level, Monitor the revenues generated by the desk’s clients and further develop existing client relationships, identifying and pursuing opportunities of broadening the Bank’s servicing scope, through cross-selling. You will also develop new client relationships, playing a sales role towards prospective clients of the zone, in close collaboration with the Head of Regional Coverage.

With particular attention to securing and development of client relations both existing and new. Additionally responsible for interactions with hierarchy and the rest of the organization, and full management of the desk.

Profile:
With your strong will, determination, commitment and ability you maintain senior relationship contacts, open up new business opportunities using your existing network and your talent for acquiring new (institutional) clients and work closely with the rest of the team.
