The position

As a Manager Customer & Channel you are involved in large-scale change projects for responding directly to the consumer market transformation. The 'Digital Customer’ is more connected than ever and has ever increasing expectations of the omnichannel experience.

Tasks & responsibilities

This applies to consumers, but also to business-to-business consumers. You will create and optimize our clients’ engagement on their various channels and you will devise solutions that will merge the digital communication channels with the traditional physical channels.

Based on your knowledge and experience, you will be advising our clients on sales and marketing topics in which digitization throughout the customer lifecycle plays an important role. This includes topics like: customer experience, sales & marketing services, customer acquisition & campaigning, data management, e-commerce and customer service & loyalty. You will work in projects, together with colleagues and the client helping our clients to address their most complex issues and deliver tangible results

As a Manager you will be leading digital engagements and multidisciplinary teams at the client site. Internally you will be directly involved in positioning and growing our Customer & Channel practice. Based on your entrepreneurial mindset you will pro-actively expand client relationship(s) at a senior level. You will support sales campaigns and shape proposals based on your expertise, bringing the relevant ‘new’ to our clients and strengthen our position in the market. 

Candidate profile

You are a team player, a driver for change, and a problem solver of complex issues in the field of Analytics, Digital Marketing and/or E-commerce. You have an Academic education and you have a results-oriented focus. Additionally, you are persuasive and dare to take responsibilities. But above all you have the ambition for realizing goals. 

  • Minimum of a University Master's degree preferably in marketing, technical or business related fields
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Analytics, Digital Marketing and/or E-commerce;
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in program / project management, high preferably in a consultancy context
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written;
  • Experience within an international environment is a plus
