Truly international listed US company is looking for an experienced Benelux Sales Director.  The company provides on line business support to a large number of clients. 
 
Position

With 2 direct reports (sales managers; they manage more extensive teams)) the main responsibility is to drive business forward in a highly competitive market. Further development of consultative selling processes next to present (tele) sales activities is seen as crucial. Coaching, guiding and directing the sales departments. Meet profit targets and develop business at the same time.
Based near Amsterdam the Benelux Sales Director will report to the MD Benelux and be part of the Benelux Management Team.
 
Profile
 
Good business degree level. Probably 10+ years of relevant experience.  A proven track record, both managerial and result wise, obtained in companies of name and fame. Analytically strong, knowing the numbers and be at ease with strict reporting procedures. Strong in strategy development, result oriented, a natural leader. Substantial experience in (managing)  both the straightforward and the more complex BtB selling processes. A Director, not a Manager.
