The organisation
They are a platform that helps venues automate sales, bookings, and guest management for meetings and events. It streamlines processes, boosts revenue, and enhances customer experience.
Founded in 2021, raising a total of €1.1 mio, they are run by 2 founders. Ambitions are high and already closed 31 clients for a total of dkk 1 mio ARR. For the next 12 months, the target is to increase the ARR to dkk 7.5 mio.
Clients are hotels and conference places, for example Marienlyst, Sinatur chain, KolleKolle and DGI byen. Stakeholders are Sales Managers, Conference Manager, General Manager. Deals are divided into recurring, transactions and license (ACV dkk 25k-75k), sales cycle is now 52 days, but should shorten.
Sales is currently led by one of their founders. Due to great growth so far, he is looking for a Lead Account Executive.
The position
Be the first salesperson, taking over Founder Led Sales.
Candidate profile
- 5+ years experience within complex sales cycles and deals, within Hospitality SaaS/Tech.
- The candidates would need to create a GTMs, ICPs, execute and do their own outbound. A role where you would need to be able to stand on own feet. When there is a need, an SDR can be hired to support you.
- You should have strong results from the Swedish market, ideally whole Nordics. Besides a strong record, the candidate should be able to work with founder on the commercial strategy, help him improve them and get them closer to their €1 million revenue target.
- Therefore, having experience working directly with founders is rather good to have.
- CRM used is Hubspot.
- Career growth is there for sure, for example Head of Sales. Depends on when the company and candidate are ready.
The offer
- Salary: Base between dkk 50,000 - 65,000 DKK (based on experience).
- OTE: Up to 100,000 DKK, split is determined depending on salary
- Warrants: Good warrant program
- Career Growth: Lead AE - Head of Sales / Country Opener (new markets)
