  • Lean organization (80 employees) and highly profitable (100M+ yearly revenue). Therefore, sustainably scaled on profits and not VC capital.
  • They have +1M users in over 150 countries, including clients like Volkswagen, SAP or Zalando.

The position

Strategic Aspect:

  • Leading the creation of the ECS department.
  • Setting up the Onboarding Process for enterprise clients.
  • Developing the Retention+Expansion strategy for enterprise clients.
  • After 6 months in the role, you will contribute to expansion plans and hiring for the ECS Team.

Day-to-day:

  • Being actively involved in the Sales Process together with the Product Team: consulting role in demos, proof of concept and proof of value.

This is a hybrid position from Berlin and fluency (C2) in German is a must to be a successful applicant.

Candidate profile

  • You speak fluent German and English (Spanish and/or French are a plus).
  • You have experience working with Enterprise clients (5000+ employees and multiple decision makers).
  • You are an all-around CSM with the following skills/experience:
    • Onboarding: you have previously been involved in the creation of onboarding processes for digital products (preferably SaaS).
    • Commercial: you are commercial-minded, and have experience in customer retention and expansion.
    • Technical: you are tech-savvy, have Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience contributing to the elaboration of proof of concept & proof of value.

The offer

  • Base Salary €80,000-90,000k + 20%-30% commission.
  • Total OTE = €95,000-115,000.
  • 28 holiday days.
  • Hybrid working: 2 days WFH/3 days in their loft office in Mitte.
  • Lean team and product-led growth.
