Tasks & responsibilities

About the Enterprise Account Executive:

  • Context of hiring: Expanding the team to further drive growth.
  • Main responsibility: As an Enterprise Account Executive, the primary role entails formulating and executing vital sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to attain financial objectives, with a strong emphasis on researching and comprehending potential clients’ business aims, objectives, and challenges. Effectively conveying value propositions and recommendations to prospective partner leadership, active participation in partner onboarding for swift revenue realization, and the development of a geographic work plan leading to a robust opportunity pipeline are essential responsibilities. This role also requires active involvement in sales plan, event, and campaign preparations and execution. Extensive travel, up to 75% of the time (post travel restrictions), via car or air is expected.
  • Tasks: Identify sales opportunities, follow up on leads, build client relationships, and close sales with signed contracts.
  • Input and/or Output KPIs: Meeting or exceeding sales goals, driving the sales process from plan to close.
  • ICP: B2B selling experience, average deal size, company size, decision-making unit (DMU).
  • Team set-up/Reporting lines: You will collaborate closely with the Director of Sales – Europe and the global sales team, reporting to the Director.

Candidate profile

You are the ideal candidate if…

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of B2B selling experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Managing complex sales cycles in a SaaS environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Languages: Bilingual or native level of German
  • Location: Munich
  • Soft skills/Personality traits: Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and a passion for data and partner success.

The offer

  • Salary + Commission / OTE: Strong basic + uncapped commission (OTE on commission £90.000 per annum) + additional RSUs for overachieving targets.
  • Office: – Hybrid (2/3 days a week in the office with European travel required)
