HP Business Critical Server Sales (BCS) Manager

You will hold P&L management responsibility for the HP BCS Product business within The Netherlands, reporting to the Enterprise Servers, Storage and Networking (ESSN) Country Manager and will become part of the Dutch ESSN management team 

The Opportunity

  • Manages a group of sales and product management professionals that focus on selling HP’s BCS portfolio
  • Responsible for setting the direction and managing the deliverables of the assigned sales team, and achieving revenue and expense objectives.
  • Builds strategic executive relationships externally with clients and internally within HP, and partners with internal and external resources to develop best-in-class solutions for customer.
  • Manages the performance of individual contributors and the team overall, and grows and develops talent within the organization.
  • Key areas of responsibility are:
  • Meeting P&L aspire goals
  • Forecast predictability
  • Drive initiatives to optimize current business and introduce new initiatives to meet P&L aspire goals
  • Lead a team of senior managers and professionals

Who are we looking for?

  • You have a Bachelor's degree plus 10+ years in a Sales Management position
  • Strong business acumen, preferably but not necessarily in the storage business/environment
  • Demonstrable experience in working in a matrix organization experience managing a multimillion dollar quota
  • You are fluent in both Dutch and English, both verbal and written
  • P&L and risk management experience
  • You have the ability to communicate at CxO level
  • You are entitled to work in the Netherlands
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and integrity
