NADUVI’s innovative platform offers its partners a direct channel toward consumers. It enables them to put the spotlights on off-price merchandise and give high-quality interior products a second chance to be sold. An excellent solution for all parties involved. Over the past years, NADUVI’s performance has been astounding. The company completed a funding round, won numerous awards (e.g., ‘Best Starter’ and ‘Webshop of the Year’), went international, and saw the volume of orders grow considerably. The company is rapidly progressing from start-up to scale-up to solid e-commerce business. With a growing team of over a hundred ambitious young talents and a seasoned management team, NADUVI is well-positioned to deliver on its promise of becoming Europe’s most significant Home & Living outlet and launching exciting new propositions alongside it. 

The position

Home & Living platform NADUVI is one of Europe’s fastest-growing e-commerce companies. Its new Chief Growth Officer will accelerate NADUVI’s momentum by leading all marketing efforts across channels and markets. They will become part of the leadership team and help build a leading pan-European e-tailer.

Tasks & responsibilities

The Chief Growth Officer will be leading all NADUVI’s marketing efforts, across markets and channels. They will drive topline growth and build the e-tailer’s marketing capabilities. In a fast-growing, technology-driven company like NADUVI, these responsibilities will require strong data capabilities and the managerial experience to build effective teams. The CMO will be part of the company’s leadership team, together with the CEO, COO, CTO, and Head of Buying, and will be eligible for equity remuneration.

The first priority for the CGO will be to increase the customer lifetime value. That will involve careful consideration of, e.g., which client segments to target, through which channels, and with what messaging. Next, they will establish customer journeys, including landing pages and filter options, that drive conversion and repurchasing. To be successful, the CGO will need to combine creative ideation with the tech-savviness to know their way around, e.g., journey mapping and customer data platforms.

The CGO will lead NADUVI’s growing marketing organization, currently consisting of about seven FTE plus several freelancers and interns. The teams are currently split across brand (e.g., SEO, CRM, and creation), performance marketing & analytics, and shop management (e.g., campaigns, promotions, and the link to the teams focusing on product and proposition). It will be up to the CMO to manage and develop these teams and grow their size and capabilities in line with the company’s overall high-pace (international) expansion.
