The organisation

Naturalicious Holdings BV is an early stage company with an expressed mission to pioneer the application of novel technologies in the production of healthy food and beverage products. We are creating, pioneering and developing the "Hi-Tech Food Health" sector in Europe and are extremely well-positioned in terms of market opportunity, product innovation and financial backing.

Our initial product proposition, which has already been launched successfully in the Benelux, the UK and Greece, is comprised of a portfolio of cold-pressed HPP fruit and vegetable juices that offer market-leading quality in terms of nutrition value, sensory (taste) values, consumer convenience, shelf-life and, most critically, value for money.

These products are designed as 'functional beverages' – they enable consumers to achieve their nutritional goals by embracing a well-balanced diet at macro level, through to providing support for focused applications such as weight loss, de-tox or sport-specific training.

In a matter of a few months, we have secured Pan-European multi-channel distribution through a partnership with Heineken/Vrumona, who already have deep relationships with retail beverage chains in many European countries.

We have augmented our initial product offering with a broader range of healthy and functional beverages, snacks and online subscription programs that bind customers, retail channels and distribution partners with our core brand values to our consumers’ desired outcomes.

Our intention is to create a new group of companies which, for the time being, we have flagged under "The 6th Wave Group".

At present, our corporate headquarters are based in Amsterdam; the home of food science. We have active subsidiaries in the broader Benelux market, UK, Spain and Greece. Our intention is to roll out further subsidiaries in the Nordic, Central and Southern European markets within the next 12 months.

Our shareholders are Nina Storms (for the technology/internet/branding side), a large Life Science Fund based in Monaco (Bloomberg listed as “Efficiency Fund”), and, uniquely, AMC Group; one of Europe’s largest food and beverage manufacturers who have over 80 years experience in the manufacturing of fruit juices, whose revenues last year exceeded € 1.1 billion.

The AMC Group focuses on the NFC (not-from-concentrate) juice market. Their innovative technologies and pioneering approach to the market has seen them secure relationships with over 60 of the major retailers in Europe and a 50% market share within the sector. Their customers include Tesco, Morrisons, Waitrose, Sainsbury, M&S, Albert Heijn, Delhaize, ICA, Carrefour and many others.

Naturalicious is poised to be the dominant brand throughout Europe in the cold pressed, juice with extended shelf life (HPP) market place. Naturalicious has the largest assortment of fresh fruit and vegetable juices using our own varieties of products that also include functional boosters ranging from vitality, brain power, cleansers, anti-oxidants and other functional characteristics.

Naturalicious boasts its own retail shops, online stores, shop-in-shop sales, vending distribution (at airports and train stations) and now, will address the 14.000 outlets serviced by Vrumona, who recently signed a multi-year distribution contract with Naturalicious.

The initial focus of the group is rolling out our own product line of natural juices, smoothies, snacks within supermarkets, shop-in-shops, beverage retail (HORECA), office sales and also engaging the many other sales channels, marketing partners and opportunities we have.

The possibilities within our sector are extensive as the company is thriving in one of the fastest growing global market segments.
