The position

Delivery, development and advisory engagements within C&SI client base. Reporting to: Practice Lead Organisational Change Management Benelux, C&SI.

Tasks & responsibilities 

  • OCM advisory SME to strategically important TCS accounts
  • Change consulting engagement delivery (including team leadership, project administration, client liaison)
  • Management of key OCM strands of major client transformational programmes.
  • Business process development, change impact analysis and change readiness assessment
  • Executive alignment, readiness for change/cultural assessments,  training needs analysis/delivery and benefits realisation 
  • Opportunity identification and change solution development
  • Client relationship development
  • Sales support  (pre-sales, proposal development,)
  • Practice enhancement (collateral development, thought leadership contributions, knowledge management)
  • Leverage of strong existing contacts list

Supervisory / Managerial responsibilities:

  • Possible Programme based supervision
  • Possible in areas where the consultant is regarded as an SME – for example mentoring and coaching.

Candidate profile

  • 8+ years relevant professional consulting experience
  • 2 – 5 years non-consulting (client) role experience 
  • 2 – 5 years experience in projectmanagement
  • Preferable but not essential: experience in Financial Services, Life Sciences,  Utilities, Manufacturing  or Retail environment
  • Preferable but not essential: experience of major ERP implementations,  mergers, acquisitions and divestitures  and change management within an IT enabled Business/Digital transformation
  • Preferable but not essential: Network&knowledge in Benelux market
  • Available to travel within Benelux & Europe, with possibility of being located away from home during selected engagements. In possession of European passport&working permit, driving license 
  • Onshore / Offshore multi-country engagement experience an advantage
  • Track record of delivering at ‘C’ level
  • Executed major business change programmes from initiation to fulfilment and handover to the client
  • Deep knowledge of one or more Change Management approaches with the ability to flex within that approach dependent upon client and project need
  • Understanding of business architecture, business process development techniques and structured approaches to change impact assessment
  • Stakeholder management at Director level 
  • Results orientation
  • Strong relationship skills with proven track record
  • Strong presentation skills (verbal and written) using standard MS Office tools
  • Fluent in English & Dutch; German preferred
  • Preferred: Familiar with Design Thinking principles and agile way of working
