Our mandate is an international Security Software Company. The clients are mainly in public sector: police, civil services, confederations and intelligence services.

The position

• You will be responsible for developing business plans to penetrate and capture specific target markets and clients all over the world
• Developing and strengthening business relationships at CXO and VP levels within the public sector mainly
• Demonstrate capacity to close sales and exceed sales quotas
• You have the capacity to lead and partner effectively with people at all levels
• Prospecting for and closing new accounts
• Ability to establish and cultivate strong partnerships with existing customers to grow existing revenue streams to meet or exceed objectives
• Prepare detailed technical and business case presentations and site tours with prospective customers
• Prepare detailed proposals articulating business impact of Solutions and Services
• Review and ensure the accuracy of contracts and other documents for delivery to prospects
• Work closely with all the Sales Managers all over the world (right now 12)
• You will report directly to the CEO

Candidate profile

• We are seeking a dynamic, high performance sales professional with proven ability to close sales and grow existing accounts
• A team player with the leadership ability to interface with multi corporate departments and ensure that product solutions meet customer requirements
• You should be a strong sales leader with an innovative consultative sales approach and solid organizational, leadership and decision-making skills
• Proven experience in SaaS; information security applications; network security; software licensing; and/or Data Center architecture highly desireable
• Multiple contacts into the public sector on an international basis
• Good understanding of the information technology security marketplace, or passionate desire to learn
• Excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor s degree required.

• Exceptional work ethic is indispensable.
• Travel 50-100% required
• Ability to quickly demonstrate strong team work and team building skills across company functional areas and across geographic territories
