Job Profile:

  • Define a vision and strategy and work accordingly 
  • Recruit, build and manage a strong sales team 
  • Manage a team of business development professionals / sales executives 
  • Be a strong leader in execution / manage quarterly funnel management 
  • Pro actively work on accounts at C level 
  • Assist sales team in large international deals 
Job Requirements
  • At least degree/HBO qualification 
  • 3 - 5 years management experience 
  • Experience selling software with complex sales cycles e.g. selling large-scale ERP/SCM solutions to multinationals 
  • A good command of English and a good command of at least one of the following: Dutch, German
