Account Manager Workforce Management Software
- looking for a new challenge and benefit from your direct selling skills to identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Achieve the set revenue targets of the new Business Development and execute your sales plan with clear goals, strategies and actions.
- Grow the market by finding new customers (attending events, contacting prospects that respond to the company's campaigns, and using own initiatives).
Manage with autonomy the full sales process:
- Set a business plan within own area
- Identify and qualify new prospects
- Create and develop customers’ relationships with decision makers, professionals in HR, Finance and IT
- Prepare and deliver customized solution presentations of Workforce Management and Scheduling solutions based on the needs analysis and critical business issues.
- Maximize business opportunities and collaborate with internal resources: Marketing - Pré-sales and Professional Services to build a competitive and profitable offer.
- Offered solutions that extend the core application to implement Client-specific components including interfaces, workflows, pay rules, exports, dashboards and reports.
Assures customer satisfaction through the accuracy of delivered information in a timely manner
- Monitor and update the Salesforce.com CRM system to record all communication with customers/prospects, forecast opportunities, activities and recurring revenue
- Provide input to Marketing and Product Management about new market opportunities and customer needs.
Qualifications / Competencies / Experience
- At least 5 years of sales experiences within IT /software Solution
- Preferable from companies: in time & attendancy market, Access management, ERP, Human Capital market, Payroll providers
- Hunting skills and attitude
- Proven successful sales track-record
- Works through network and search
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to present a clear business case
- Creative and flexible mind
- Drive to succeed, self motivator
- A positive & entrepreneurial attitude: can do - will do mentality
- Can work highly independently and in Team
- Fluent in Dutch/ English
- Bachelor or University degree
