Job description

Operations leadership for 5 manufacturing locations and logistics in the EMEA region.

• Establish and execute Lean transformation plans in all of the operations areas : manufucturing, supply chain management, procurement to achieve breakthrough results in cycle time, OTD, and inventory turns. Drive strategic procurement process to achieve breakthrough results in cost reduction activities.
• Develop and implement a clear vision, with roadmap and programs, to transform EMEA operations in BWCS. Implement programs in the areas of Environment, Health and Safety and Quality (e.a. ISO, OSHA) that improve the performance to the top of the industry standard.
• Drive continous improvement mentality in the plants, resulting in improved quality, OTD and improvement metrics.

Job requirements 

• University degree in relevant area of expertise (Engineering, SCM);
• Fluent in English;
• Manufacturing experience in international B2B setting required;
• Senior leadership of operations through LEAN transformations;
• Strategic Capacity Planning, logistics and procurement experience for Multi Plant Supply Chain;
• International or US Company experience. 

Salary 

• €  120k ex bonus ±25%;
