In terms of reorientation of the logistics area we are seeking for highly qualified and motivated Warehouse Optimization Expert (m/w).

Position

• Responsibility for the management of ideal warehouse structure by outlining strategic requirements. 
• Implement and control defined optimization strategies and potentials.
• Coordinate all current activities with 3rd party logistics provider.
• Ensure compliance within all logistics processes. 
• Coordination and support of lean activities with local experts on site planning, scheduling, and execution of Lean initiatives throughout the european aftermarket business.
• Responsibility for operational results through continuous improvement.
• Cross functional cooperation with Customer Service and Quality to reduce quality. complains including customer returns, miss picks, and short/over shipments
• Support project estimation and calculation process.
• Primary builder of capabilities and trainer of all lean tools.

Profil

• Bachelor''s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related Business field.
• At least 10 years of experience in the technical industry - automotive industry preferred.
• Experience working within cross functional teams and in multicultural environments.
• Good knowledge and experience with warehouse optimization projects, transferred operations or complex warehouse restructuring.
• Previous experience with change management and indirect management of complex cross functional teams with the ability to execute performance management for the individual team members.
• Excellent interpersonal skills as relationship builder and ability to communicate at every level of the company.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Significant experience of complex skill transfer.
• Willingness to travel.
