We are looking for a highly skilled, commercially astute general counsel to lead our European Legal Team in the ambitious and demanding journey the business has just begun. You will be responsible for providing quality proactive and strategic legal advice across a broad range of issue, but will also be expected to drive the legal function in supporting the achievement of competitive advantage.
The European team provide advice across a very broad range of legal issues including: IP, Competition Law, advertising, data protection and food regulation.

Job requirements 

We are looking for a commercially focused lawyer with a proven ability in leading teams to achieve challenging objectives. You must have the ability to deal with a wide range of legal issues, and analyze complex issues quickly and accurately. You need the ability to influence a wide variety of people both internally and externally.
You must be a qualified lawyer with excellent post qualified experience as well as strong experience working across Europe. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and another European language would be an advantage.
You must be a passionate and driven individual will a desire to achieve and surpass challenging targets.

Reward information:

• Salary indication will be between £130,000 and £180,000, based on your relevant knowledge and work experience;
• Competitive salary scheme plus bonus and benefits;
