In this context, we are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (m/f) in Berlin to execute projects from concept to completion.

The position

• Create start-up ideas/ventures with the worlds largest companies
• Work with project managers, business analysts and designers to ensure timely delivery of software components
• Provide concise yet comprehensive technical specifications and documentation
• Work with database administrators on all aspects of data manipulation, extraction, transformation and loading
• Engage in project assessment and scoping to ensure that all technical possibilities are explored
• Monitor work against the production schedule, provide updates to the team and report any technical difficulties
• Co-Develop and apply effective Quality Assurance test plans
• Contribute to finding, defining and building innovative user experiences

Candidate profile

• Undergraduate/Graduate degree in Computer Science or related area
• Relevant professional experience in software development
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, JSON and JQuery
• Professional experience with MVC, SQL Databases, CMS, PHP, Ruby, Perl, .NET, Java or an equivalent server-side language
• Experience working in agile teams
• Experience with organizing information, developing concepts, designing advanced layouts and interactions for all things digital
• Self-motivated personality, innovative, creative, passionate about new ideas, implementation oriented, solution oriented, flexible, teamplayer, ability to handle competing priorities and to work effectively in a challenging fast paced environment
