Role

The Senior Program/Project Manager will successfully prepare, plan and manage larger ICT projects with severe business impact within the stated constraints of the scope, quality, time and costs to deliver specific requirements and to meet customer expectations. More specific: 

• Translate business requirements into a program of project plan for design, implementation and go-live 
• Ensure project requirements and/or objectives are properly documented in a business 
• Conduct an intake on a program or project (are project objectives realistic and achievable) 
• Internal and external stakeholder management
• Manage the risks and expectations 
• Contract project resources (internal and external) 
• Manage a large program or project team without direct supervision

You

You are a team motivator who wants to work in a dynamic environment. You are able to work in a multi cultural environment. Goal oriented, action-driven and self discipline are your personal qualities. You have excellent planning skills and you are able to manage your stakeholders and your team successfully. 

• An university degree in IT or business administration 
• 10-15 years relevant program & project experience 
• Proven track record on 1-20 Million Euro programs/projects
• 5-8 years experience in SAP/ERP related projects 
• Broad experience in political influencing and stakeholder management
• Experience within a international business environment 
• Certified Prince 2 Practitioner 
• Preferably you have an IPMA B degree

Remuneration

Client offers a rewarding and challenging job with career development opportunities in a dynamic international environment with an open and pleasant atmosphere. Total annual package 100-125K euro fixed.

Location

South of Netherlands + flexible and remote working.
