Sr. Finance Manager

The organisation

Our client is a private equity owned company, based in Rotterdam, which pursues the development of bulk terminals with the goal of creating a diversified asset portfolio through greenfield development, the acquisition of existing terminals. It has recently acquired a logistic services company which has doubled the company in size. Due to the transformational acquisition our client wishes to attract a Senior Finance Manager.

The position

In this new role, the Senior Finance Manager will be in charge of developing and implementing  new finance systems and processes. Key responsibilities include the development and implementation of planning & control systems and processes for the company and  its subsidiaries, ensuring that the required high professional standards are met. This will include  budgeting process, management reporting, variation and business analysis.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate is a University Graduate (ideally Business Administration or Economics), who has preferably obtained an RC and/or RAdegree. He/she has  at least 12 years of experience in finance (including business and financial control), in a professional environment.

The candidate must  be hands-on, results oriented, teamplayer with an entrepreneurial spirit, interpersonal effectiveness.
