The products are sold in over 80 countries worldwide through subsidiaries in Germany, France, Austria, Great Britain, Sweden, USA, Brazil, Italy and Dubai and a network of distributors. 

The position

As Compliance Officer (CO) you establish and implement an effective compliance programme to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct. You monitor and report results of the compliance and ethics efforts of the company and provides guidance to the Board of Directors and senior management team on matters relating to reporting and compliance. The CO is authorised to implement all necessary actions to ensure the achievement of the objectives of an effective compliance program. 

Candidate profile

In order to be successful in your new role as Compliance Officer, you possess a Bachelor’s degree preferably in law or related field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in medical devices / pharma industry. 
You have demonstrated leadership ability and ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing and you are familiar with health care laws, regulations and standards. You have an understanding of risk management and performance improvement. Dutch and English language skills are required.
